Following our scheduled October 2026 lunar mission, icMercury is opening the next round of Art to the Moon, inviting artists to preserve their work in a lasting archive created for the lunar surface.

In collaboration with LifeShip, selected artwork will be included in a future lunar mission as part of a collection carrying art, culture, and stories from Earth to the Moon.

Your Artwork, Preserved for the Moon

Your submitted artwork will be printed in color and preserved in a nickel micro-archive, a durable archival format designed to store information for long-term preservation.

The archive containing your artwork will be incorporated into a LifeShip lunar time capsule and prepared for delivery to the Moon.

How It Works

1. Submit Your Artwork
After completing your order, you will receive instructions for submitting a high-resolution digital file of your artwork.

2. Your Art Is Archived
Your artwork will be reproduced in color and preserved in a nickel micro-archive for inclusion in the lunar collection.

3. Prepared for a Lunar Mission
The completed archive will become part of a LifeShip time capsule scheduled to travel to the lunar surface on a future mission.

4. Keep a Copy on Earth
You will also receive a physical copy of your archived artwork as a keepsake commemorating its journey beyond Earth.
